Oh yeah, she's smiling!

All the way to the bank!

Ever have a situation like this? You buy something from a seller, heck you buy a lot of things from a lot of sellers, and a box comes, and you set it aside and just forget about it? But the Feedback page keeps reminding you that you bought it and you feel like it's not the seller's fault you haven't gotten to it yet right? Heck, she's a grandmother for crying out loud! I owe her! So I see her feedback is perfect and I leave her positive feedback? Then I finally get to open the box...

Here's the listing description. Now imagine the smiling woman, this grandmother, the stellar feedback, the description (THAT SAYS EXCELLENT VINTAGE CONDITION)...

And the picture in the listing, it looks something like this:

It's all good right? WRONG!

Actually, the seller knew the description wasn't even close. "A couple utensil scratches but they look very minor". "An air bubble pop or flaw in manufacturing". Doesn't this make you wonder what the seller thinks serious or severe damage must look like? "Vintage Charm". Yep, expect to get a seriously damaged item that the seller will tell you has "vintage charm".

Now, I didn't major in math or anything, but I'm pretty sure "a couple" is two.

See? Minor. Just a couple of minor knife/utensil marks. That little almost invisible bubble pop? That's actually a big, gaping chip. Nope, nothin major here. And heck, it's got "vintage charm". Just like her description implies, add it to your collection! If, that is, you collect crap. I decided this was gift quality. I gifted it to the local Goodwill since the seller told me to just throw it away and she'll get around to refunding me maybe in the 3 months it took me to open the box.

I just felt the need to warn buyers that when something looks pretty good in the picture, and the description sounds good, and the feedback is great ASK FOR MORE PICTURES ON A DIFFERENT BACKGROUND!

Oh and this particular seller has a no-refund policy. As you can see from her ME page, she does her best to honestly and accurately describe her items. As you can see from the pictures I took, her best sucks. Oh and all sales final, AS-IS, WHERE-IS and you're hosed.
